While your team was professional in addressing the rework, the initial quality was far below expectations. A four-week repair should not result in a car repair was rejected twice with broken clips and an improperly installed bumper. For premium pricing and no loaner support, the quality control should have caught these obvious issues before I was called for pickup. I hope you use this feedback to ensure other customers don't face the same inconvenience.
