The repair was delayed by two weeks because the wrong order was received, and the required components and accessories for the main parts were missing. They blame the vendor, but there was definitely a communication problem. The shop needs to improve its handling of this situation and prevent similar issues in the future. Additionally, they lack a loaner vehicle. Consequently, I had to rent a car for an additional two weeks and received a $100 credit, which is a small amount compared to the total cost. I intend to request compensation from the vendor as well.

Completed job earlier than expected, looks like nothing never happened. The only thing i would suggest is better communication, or updates along the process. Great job overall highly satisfied and recommend to anyone.

Did not receive one call or email or an update of vehicle progress or updates, or estimated possible time it will be done. My finance called the day before it was ready and they stated it might be ready the next day by the end of the day. The next day I called to follow up and they said it might be ready by the end of the day and it was.
