From start to finish this was a professionally handled process. I was just sick about this as the car wasn't even a year old, but I couldn't be happier after getting the car back today. It's like it never happened. Mike that I interacted with was professional and took the time to answer any questions I had. I received updates along the way to keep me informed. It was all good. I just want to know if someone there called enterprise so they would give back my deposit after I turned in the car on the 11th. They wanted to make sure you were good with that so the could refund my deposit
