There is only 1 improvement is to provide a car rental , that way, customer doesn't have to search for an alternate car when their primary car is at the body shop. several other body shops offer this service. It could be paid, but it will be very helpful.

Picked up my car on Friday. This is now Monday and I notice that my rear door still doesn’t close as well as before. Also noticed there is damage on the rear door that was missed. Will call Heritage Tuesday morning to follow up.
