Advised to bring car in for a tear down on a Friday morning. Told all parts would be ready to start work Monday. Recd msg more parts needed Tuesday and again on Thursday. Car was a day late on delivery. Bringing car in on a Friday and late delivery necessitated 3 more days of rental. Kelly and Rachel nice to deal with.
