My Experience

My Experience

Everything with the repairs was good. My car took almost 2 months to repair. The first few weeks the car was at Autoworks the staff was very good about sending updates. Then communication disappeared for over two weeks. Only after I contacted them was I informed that my car ended additional repairs I was given an estimate of four weeks and once that window passed the communication should have picked up, not disappeared. There is nothing that can be done at this point. Just a suggestion to consistently keep updating. I have a suspicion that a mistake was made and instead of taking ownership of the situation it was avoided. I do t need to be contacted. Just wanted to bring it to your attention
