This was just an exceptional experience. From my first contact, to scheduling, dropping off the car and getting a ride home, to being kept updated, to getting a ride back from my home and especially for the condition of my car - the repairs were perfect and the car so clean! I had exceptional service at your facility. From the first phone call, I was treated respectfully and thoughtfully. My concerns were considered, and all my questions answered. I very much appreciated the capacity to have transportation back-and-forth to the center. I was kept appraised of the progress of my car. I was thoroughly informed of the repairs that were done. My car was in excellent condition when I received it not only the repairs which were very well done but also the cleanliness of the car. Both the customer service and the performance of the repairs exceeded my expectations. Thank you so much. I would definitely refer you to others.

The staff did not keep me updated well. I had to call in the first day it was promised, only to find out that it would not be ready. On the second day it was promised, no one had called me by 5 pm when they close and I had to call in again, only to find that it was delayed again. On the new date, the alignment had been not checked and there was a problem, which delayed it even further. The car also wasn't checked before I left with it and the turn signal and headlights were not working. The manager came to my house to fix the problem, which ALMOST redeemed all the other customer service issues.
