I took my vehicle to Hertrich Collision in Seaford after looking at some reviews and I kind of wanted to stick with Hertrich since that is where the vehicle was purchased. Someone ran into the back of me in NJ and scratched the back bumper/fender and wheel. Everyone at Hertrich Collision was respectful, accommodating and communicated everything. I am very particular about my vehicles and they took care of it and it’s like nothing ever happened. They did a wonderful job and I am very pleased. While I hope this never happens again, I can rest assured knowing that if it did, they would take care of me.

After my f250 was involved in a collision and the insurance company referred me to hertrich collision for the repair the unpleasant experience made an about face. From day one I was welcomed and assured we were in good hands.
