Everything looked great with pain and work in the outside of the truck, but one thing that wasn’t fixed correctly was my locking mechanism doesn’t perfectly match the undamaged side.

The manager, Bob, was very good at communicating and keeping me informed about the status of the repair. The bodywork was excellent and they perfectly matched the paint on my F-Pace, which was Italian red and not an easy color to match. The only issue was with the tire that needed replacing. The tire dealer they used had difficulty in matching the same brand/model tire and incorrectly replaced it with an incorrect model tire. This is not on Hewatt and they are currently working directly with the Jaguar dealership to get this corrected. I would recommend Hewatt's w/out reservations to friends.
