I picked up after hours was getting dark out. Next day noticed Purple paint on my Leather left drivers seat, and seat trim panel the Left A Pillar has a fresh scratch by fender. The Buffing Job is Horrendous, there are multiple areas where the Wet sand areas are not completely buffed out on the left thunder and left front door. Fish eyes in the Clearcoar The left door was repaired. and there is a defect in the repair on the edge of the door and appears to be a crack in the body filler. Worried about moisture getting in there and affecting the repair.Hewitt used to have Good Quality Repairs. Not Impressed.

People were great and super pleasant. The only suggestion is the clarity around the final pick up process. It got a bit confusing (I was expecting a call and had to call to confirm pick up time)

Everything went perfectly from start to finish. Trish is a great front desk person. She is knowledgeable and represents your company very well. Plus she’s really nice!
