Total lack of communication and response when trying to reach them. I had to follow up to get my estimate only to be told they didn’t have my email address which I gave to Seth when I dropped my car off. I called 3 times when I was trying to make arrangements for pickup with no one answering the phone or returning my calls. I don’t want to hear that you’re short handed, you didn’t have my email (which I gave you) or it was an oversight. Customers shouldn’t have to call you! I’ve worked with Hewitt’s for many years and this is clearly not the same business that it was.

Work done ahead of time. Trish arranged a rental for me so I didn't have to go into Portland to pick it up and return it. Haven't had a lot of accidents in the past 57 years, but I'm pleased I found Hewitt!
