I asked to be scheduled during Spring Break, (I am a teacher) and Hewitt's had no problem with that. From start to finish, they were communicative and professional.

Trish was my contact person. She was helpful from the get-go! I asked if there was any way to expedite my repairs, since I would be back to work today (March 16). My car was ready within five days! Happy with the work you did, thank you! That said, I was disappointed with getting the car back and with it being so dirty on the outside. When I brought it in, I had just come from a car wash so it was pretty clean then. I can send you pictures of what it looks like now if you like. Do you have a coupon for a car wash?
