Hewitt’s customer service from start to finish was exceptional. Great over-communication and level setting of expectations. They underpromised and overdelivered by having our car ready a week earlier than anticipated and completely cleaned and detailed our car which was such an unexpected surprise and really was the cherry on top of a 10/10 experience with them.
