POC strives to provide them with continuous training in the areas of new equipment, ASE and I-Car certifications. Every interaction I had with the team at Hewitt’s was positive and helpful. They got my vehicle in the same week that the accident happened and had it back to me within another couple weeks after that. I was extremely impressed with their communication with me throughout the process and how quickly they were able to get the job done right. As far as the quality of the work; there is absolutely no way I would EVER be able to tell my vehicle was in a front end collision. The body lines look like factory, as well as the excellent paint job. Dan, my assigned body work technician, did an outstanding job and I am beyond impressed with his dedication to his work and giving the customer a final product that looks better than new.
