Hewitts was great, but the car is out of alignment. I had mentioned that. I was told that the insurance wouldn't cover that. I'm not sure why, as the car was hit by a snowplow and driven sideways maybe 10' into a snowbank. I have made my own apointment to get that fixed. Other than that, the customer service was awesome.
