Did a beautiful job repainting my Lexus and were so nice to go above and beyond by cleaning and polishing the headlamps. Excellent service, office and staff gave a nice first impression of the company.

I was very pleasantly surprised to find my bill to be much less than expected. I took my car in after getting side swipped by a hit and run driver. With a $500 deductible, I went to 2 body shops to get an estimate for for repairs and neither would give me a quote, they just wanted me to leave my car there with my insurance info. HiQuality was the 3rd shop I went to and when I told Elliot about my $500 deductible, he said he could fix it for much less than that with no need to go through my insurance company and having them surely raise my rates. My car was in his shop for 1 day and came out looking like new, we'll under the $500. Other shops did not inform me that the damage could be fixed so inexpensively. HiQuality had my best interest in mind, not how much they could squeeze out of my wallet. If you are looking for an honest shop that does indeed live up to it's name, HiQuality is the place to go!

The service was good, the paint job is great look professional. The issues I ran into was not getting consistent date of when my car was going to be ready. Also the color matching of the new paint doesn’t match the body too well. One part of the car had a previous accident and done at another shop. However the bumper that was on my car before the repair, match the paint on my car on all sides. So it’s hard to buy the story that the shop told me on why they couldn’t make it match all around. The side of my car with no accident, looks okay but you can still tell that the new bumper is painted a darker shade.

Tommy, Elliott and their staff were so responsive, friendly and welcoming. They are very professional and the time it took to complete the body work was much less then predicted. The work is superior and you can’t even tell there was an accident. I will absolutely go back to them with any other repairs. I would rate them a 20 above the 10 that is requested.
