Based on my experience, I would not recommend this repair facility. The communication was poor, the promised completion date was not met, which caused me additional rental expenses, and the quality of the repairs was unacceptable. My bumper is not properly aligned, the driver’s side headlight is scratched even though I was told it was new, and the inner fender liner was not properly repaired or installed. I expected my vehicle to be returned to me in its pre-accident condition, but it was not. I hope AAA reviews this matter and ensures these issues are corrected.

am not satisfied with the quality of the repairs. The front bumper has visible defects and is not properly aligned with the driver’s side fender. The driver’s side headlight is scratched even though I was told it was replaced with a new one. The inner fender liner (wheel well liner) is damaged or improperly installed, and pieces are sticking out between the fender and the wheel well. The overall workmanship is poor, and my vehicle was not return to me in its pre-accident condition. I am very disappointed with the repairs and request that all of these issues be corrected properly.

Dear AAA Insurance Claims Department, I am writing to formally express my disappointment with the repair work performed on my vehicle by High Tech Body Shop following my insurance claim. When I picked up my vehicle, I immediately noticed several problems with the quality of the repairs. The front bumper has visible bumps and is not properly aligned with the driver’s side fender. It is obvious that the bumper does not fit correctly, and the workmanship is unacceptable. In addition, the driver’s side headlight is scratched. I was told that the headlight was replaced with a new one, but the lens is clearly scratched and does not appear to be new. This is not the condition I expected when I was told the part had been replaced. I also noticed that the inner fender liner (wheel well liner) near the repaired area appears to be damaged or improperly installed. Pieces of the material are sticking out from between the fender and the wheel well. This gives the appearance that damaged parts were not properly repaired or replaced. The wheel well liner is designed to protect the vehicle from water, dirt, and road debris, and I am concerned that it is not functioning as it should. Overall, I am extremely disappointed with the quality of the repairs. I trusted that my vehicle would be restored to its pre-accident condition, but instead it was returned to me with obvious defects and poor workmanship. I do not believe the repairs meet acceptable industry standards. I respectfully request that AAA Insurance arrange for an inspection of my vehicle and require High Tech Body Shop to correct all of these issues at no additional cost to me. I expect the bumper to be properly aligned, the damaged or improperly installed inner fender liner to be repaired or replaced, and the scratched driver’s side headlight to be replaced with a new, undamaged headlight. Please contact me as soon as possible to arrange an inspection and advise me of the next steps. I appreciate your prompt attention to this matter and expect these issues to be resolved properly.
