I did not get the promised notice for the next day delay until I called to find out if the car was ready. I also noticed that a chrome type strip had broken loose from the right door, but I am trying to glue it myself. Other than those two things, the customer service was polite and friendly, and I was glad to get the car back with two good fenders.

Great job on the repairs! I love the app that you have for obtaining an estimate. I enjoyed working with Joel. After speaking with him the first time, I knew my car was in capable hands. The car detail was fantastic - but I would have thought that the detail would have included armor all or tire shine on the tires.
