I am very impressed with the shop and the staff. I've had many bad experiences At other places, but I am more then satisfied with HRC. I appreciated all of the updates, and how quickly my vehicle was repaired. The work was beyond my expectations. The shop itself is well kept, and the waiting area is easy on the eye. I like that I couldn't see the garage or damaged vehicles from the road. I'll definitely recommend HRC to others, and I'll continue going there for any future repairs. Thank you!

I was out taking pictures of the problem a with my truck. As I was taking pictures of the broken door panel I noticed there was some glue on the underside of the broken panel which indicates somebody tried repairing it. And when I was looking at the tailgate overspray I was wondering why there isn't any on the cap of the truck.I trusted you with my truck and I'm very disappointed that you won't correct the problems.

The Highland Road Collision staff were very professional and prompt with repairing and painting my car. They also gave me a ride home after dropping off my car and then picking me up when the job was completed. This was a big help rather then having to ask family or friends to take time off of work to help me out. Plus it was a nice surprise to find that my car was cleaned on the inside. Thanks.
