When picking up my vehicle once the job was completed. There was a scratch on my car that wasn’t there before dropping my car off. After talking and explaining the issue to them, they took responsibility and fixed the problem!!

There was absolutely no communication while my car was being serviced. Do to my catalytic converter being stolen, I asked several times about the cost to have a plate put over it to avoid another theft. Unfortunately I never got an answer. I’m frustrated.
