My car was brand new when I bought it. After the accident & repair work, I expected my car to look & feel the way it did before the accident. It doesn’t. I really need Highline to correct the issues I have addressed. Thank you.

There are a few issues I need to address. The side splashes above the back tires are loose. They weren’t that way before the accident. There are also some dried droplets of something on my trunk spoiler. Those weren’t there before. Also, the bottom part of my car underneath the trunk area where you all had to replace that back portion is loose & needs to be tightened. Can someone please call me? Thank you.

The Team repaired my Passenger-side mirror in an outstanding manner. Not only does the mirror work perfectly, but the door area nearest the mirror looks brand new. In fact thanks to the cleaning that Brandon and the Team did, my entire 2003 Sonata looks “brand new.” Thank you Brandon and Highline Team for a job well done.

The repair was done fast and to a professional standard, and the reception staff were both professional and friendly from start to finish. The only minor issue was that my car was quite dusty on the inside when I picked it up. Despite that, everything about the repair process was professional and efficient.
