Our Mopar & I-CAR Certified Dodge/Chrysler/Jeep/RAM collision center offers state of the art vehicle measuring technology, premium paint products with a lifetime warranty, and world class customer service. We repair all makes and models of vehicles to include oversized vehicles and work with all insurance companies. We have access to our service department for all mechanical repairs to ensure quality and corrective repairs by our Certified Mopar technicians. Being a dealership, and with most insurance companies figuring used or aftermarket parts on the repair estimates, we can typically price match to provide Factory OEM parts for our Mopar brand vehicles. Our crew will not put your keys in your hand unless we would give them to our own children. We treat our customers like family!

the work done was nice, and completed in a timely manner, but my tonneau cover wasn't installed entirely straight, and the 'after market' back-up light on my bumper was NOT re-installed, the wiring was just cut and the light was put in the truck bed.

Our truck went into the shop in mid December. We called starting about a month after it had been in the shop, each time we spoke with a receptionist who each told us “probably about another week”. We heard this for almost 3 weeks. THEN when it finally WAS ready, the taillight was broken, there were two wrong wheels attached with the wrong rims, mold in the vehicle, and the alignment was still off along with it being shaky while driven. Now, they said they couldn’t test drive it after alignment was “fixed” because the registration was expired. Funnily enough, I had the renewed registration in my hand two days after it went in the shop, but they never called to ask if we had a registration to put on in order for them to test drive it. They just told us to come pick it up. THEN after we realized all that was wrong, we called Mike the manager to see what happened and he was VERY rude to my husband. Saying he wouldn’t fix the tailgate because that wasn’t a part of the estimate and the mold wasn’t their fault (even though it was not there when we put it in the shop). We are now waiting to take it BACK in to the shop to get the tail light fixed and the wheels so that will “HOPEFULLY” fix the alignment. I will be reporting to the BBB and also already reported to State Farm that they should switch their preferred service shop. Hill Kelly will never see our business again.
