Michael Lavora was diligent in getting our estimate completed timely and approved with our insurance. Then he kept us up-to-date on timing for completion. He kept his promises and delivered the vehicle on time. He told us we were 10th in line for an estimate and that it would be a couple of days. A couple hours later he told me he had a guy crawl under the truck to estimate. That was good service.

I had an outstanding and stress free experience getting my car repaired at Hiller Ford! Mike and team replaced my entire door in just TWO days—including the time it took to get the quote approved from insurance! They also went above and beyond and vacuumed the interior of my car and washed the exterior. Picked up the car only to find that a brake light didn’t work afterwards, had to go back and get a loaner car for them to replace it, I also noticed some sloppy weatherstripping placement in between the tail lights and the frame of the car, the person I spoke to claims that they didn’t touch the tail lights, but I don’t believe them, my car wasn’t like that when I dropped it off not sure I’ll be returning to Hiller Ford in the future

Customer service was horrible, every time I went there it seemed like the guy didn’t have time for me, when I picked up the vehicle he didn’t even come out to show me what they had repaired. He just threw the keys and said thanks then I had an issue with the brake light being out And he tried to deny and brush it off like it was no big deal even though I brought the car in with the tail light working.
