I dare say that the communication and the feedback was amazing. Michael Lavaro was excellent in keeping in touch with me from the start to the end . Michael Lavaro went above and beyond by explaining the whole situation of my car. He is a great asset to the company and for sure I bring my cars for service.

I had hail damage removal completed. The hood and roof were removed/replaced, I am now having problems with my stereo and other electrical issues. My car has completely shut off a few times. I will need an appointment and a call from Hiller. The 4 day process turned into 3 weeks! I will now have to bring my vehicle back. I use my vehicle for work being a home care nurse.
