Hiller Ford (Michael) was super helpful. Work timing estimate was exactly correct. We had really, really great luck and satisfaction that the shop was able to get our vehicle in for repairs super quickly (1 day!), the work completed quickly (~7 days!) and super confident the work is very high quality.

Friendly staff. But I didn’t receive any updates. After I picked up my car, I received 2 email notifications at the same time: one that I’d be receiving updates, and the original survey request. I had called to ask when it would be ready, then received a call when it was.

Hiller ford was able to get us in for our insurance repair weeks sooner than we expected...finished the work in less than 1/2 the work time a competitor quoted. Work was excellent and total quote lower. No one like to have to pay significant money to have their car repaired, but they made it as painless as possible.
