My vehicle was ready when promised, I was very clean and detailed when I picked it up. The staff were courteous, helpful and called me back when I had left messages. I highly recommend recommend this facility if bodywork or paint needs exist. . Excellent paint job!.

For two times, two years in a row, I have had to have front bumper replaced because I parked above concrete parking block over my low car. Hjelm's has gone out of its way to provide exceptional care for this widowed 80 year old woman. All the costs were given to me in a timely manner. Brian treated me with honesty and respect. He was open about insurance payment and out of pocket expenses. When my car was returned to me, the body repair was excellent. Some estimate charges were not charged because unnecessary. My car was detailed inside and out. Floor mats were spotless. I had not washed my car since early spring and inside was filthy. I will recommend Hjelm's to everyone for car body repairs and its excellent service.
