I have a 2009 vehicle. From the start with the estimate, Brian thought out-side-box, and was able to stop the potential flagging as "totaled". Since the car has only 57,000 miles on it, I was grateful. Joey's upbeat conversations were icing on the cake. The work that was done to the car made it look like there was on accident
