Our goal is to provide high quality repairs and customer service in a timely manner. We accept most insurance claims and are a direct repair shop for many insurance companies. We also provide a high level of customer communication throughout the repair process including calls, text and emailing our messages to vehicle owners.

Unfortunately, I've had service at Hollingsworth 3 times. I'm only saying that because it's been for an accident. Fortunately, though each time I've been happy with the outcome. The text messages were helpful when they first started repairs. But when repairs were going to take longer than estimated the text messages stopped. When I needed more information I got less.

There were too many things still not repaired, hood was out of line, bumper was not in line, there was over spray paint on hood, a scratch on hood that was not repaired, the gate on back is out of line, drivers seat is loose.
