Everyone did a great job. Bodywork is perfect. Tod is an excellent manager. I had another body issue with one of my other cars. Took it to Holtz for the repair, never gave it a second thought.

I bought a lot of vehicles from Holz, I'm 65 and this is the first damage repair I've required. I wouldn't take it anywhere else to keep all records with Holz. I would recommend Holz to others, with comments as to the communication issue.

Surprised me when the Body shop manager told me Mid March to get my car back. I dropped off the car Jan 11th. I called for status after a month. Left 3 messages, never got a call back. After a conversation with the shop manager I found out there's little talent to be found to fix cars. I gave a rating of 10 because the car looked great.

I got into my car accident and not only did they not accept payment over the phone, they made my dad drive 4 1/2 hours to make the payment. THEN had the audacity to hold my truck 8 days after it was repaired. I refuse to ever receive any kind of service from this automotive shop. Sick, just sick over this.
