Holz failed to notify me of the final date for my repairs to begin. The office staff said they left me messages but we learned the called the wrong number. My repairs were subsequently delayed by weeks.

I had a vehicle repaired by Holz 2 times before, and that is why I went back them this time. I will probably never take another vehicle to them again.

Fixed cosmetic bumper repair, but now back-up camera doesn't work, gas tank still will not fill all away and check engine light came back on. My Suburban was there for 6 weeks and they didn't fix what they said they fixed but the bumper looks brand new and nice.

Very poor job on fixing my truck after someone rear ended me. I even purchased my truck through Chevy. When i took it in, it took forever for them to look at, then when they finally "fixed" everything I found major issues right away! Brake lights not working, trailer disconnect light coming on while driving with no trailer, transmission issues, body issues, suspension issues, makes me question what else was missed. I will NOT be taking any vehicles back there for work ever again!
