Extremely satisfied with the project managers such as Kristina and Natalie. Very very hospitable, friendly and helpful. They made a bad situation much better. My only comment would be that my pick up kept getting delayed.

Quede muy insatisfecha y desepcionada del servicio que me dieron muy malo. Les faltó reparar cosas de mi carro Y cuando me lo entregaron me lo dieron con un defecto muy grande del cuan no se quieren hacer responsables… ya no suena cundo lo vierto ni cuando lo abro y ya no se puede encender desde lejos… me dejaron mi carro completamente mudo… y la mujer que me atendió . I don't personally know anyone else who drives a less-than-10-year-old Honda, so it would be somewhat moot for me to recommend a Honda specialty shop.

The repairs themselves are a 10, but I'm docking a point because someone at some point, for absolutely no valid reason, reset the Trip B that I had been keeping for the entire lifetime of the car. And let's be honest - when the repair solely involved *BODY WORK*, it's very difficult to imagine that this could have been accidental.

When I called the day before dropping off with the body shop, I was not informed of the unusual store policy that literally *EVERYTHING* had to be removed from the car (have *never* encountered this before across 4 other body shops over 2 decades). I had to come back with my rental in order to clear things out of the car that I could not reasonably have known I had to.
