The process was easy! Had never dealt with any insurance and repair before. The process was very smooth, the customer service and experience was excellent! Honda associates were friendly, explained every step they would do with my vehicle! The ladies at the device desk/body shop were very fast called for a rental pick up! Very efficient team ! Mako was right on when telling me when my car was gonna be done! I was updated daily on my car through a text! Wonderful service and experience! .. Not to mention they detailed it for me! Thank you!!!!My car looks like new again! Thank you so much to the wonderful honda service center team that assisted me with my honda fit! :)
