Very helpful when requesting things and asking for communication, but actually providing those things, not so much. My vehicle was originally “finished” Feb. 9 but had to go back multiple times for unfinished work, being told it would be done on a scheduled date just for my vehicle to sit there for a week due to “delays”. It’s currently April 15 and they still haven’t contacted me to finish said repairs. They haven’t honored the repairs yet still email me for a review of services.

There is a section of the front passenger side of the car that is not aligning correctly. there is a gap. The drivers side is aligning. In addition, I noticed on the passenger side door the handle is very loose. It looks like someone pulled very hard to open the door. I have not heard back from anyone about these issues.

Made an appointment by phone. Arrived and staff was friendly. They took my car in the shop and completed what needed to be done within 20 minutes. He even showed me pictures of what was wrong and how they repaired it. Great price too!!
