When I took the car in for an estimate, Heath told me that due to the back bumper starting to fall off that the car shouldn't be driven. Since I hadn't planned on someone to pick me up, he was kind enough to take me back home. I appreciated the service. I was kept in the loop via e-mail and the car was ready for pickup on schedule.

The woman who is at the desk is rude, crabby and very difficult. The man who owns the shop is very nice, professional. I would have walked out if she was the first person I had to deal with
