One week delay due to inadequate preplanning between the day I scheduled and the weeks past until I brought it in.

The work was well done, I am happy with that. I am not happy with the delays with Subaru. I had weeks between making the appt. and bringing it in and scheduling with Subaru and questions about how to approach the things required from Subaru should have at least been discussed and a plan formed. This cause a whole week past the 2 weeks I was told would be the completion time. This cost me $140 extra on my rental car insurance.
