The car was not complete by dead line. Once I picked up the car a light was on that was not on when I dropped it off. I had to take it to another place for it to be looked at only to find out the wrong part was put on my car. I was then told to bring back the receipt and they would cover the cost and it has now been a month and I have not received my money back yet. I would not recommend this location to anyone because the lack of professionalism I received and was told different stories by different people and the original person I talked to would not answer his phone or return my calls even when I left messages and the secretary was the only one who would answer and she couldn’t even give me a clear answer.

From the beginning of the process to the very end Mr. Rico May and his staff took very good care of me. Professionalism at its BEST! When I picked my car up it looked liked it could be on the showroom floor of a dealership. I’m very pleased and satisfied.

There were a few items (broken hood vent, bracket for fender to be flush, moisture in aftermarket headlight) that had to be addressed after work was completed. Overall, satisfied with work and quick turnaround. Rico was so helpful; and great with communication in keeping me informed throughout the process. Would recommend Hull Dobbs Ford Collision in the future.

Our car looks brand new! I could not be any more satisfied with the entire experience. Mr. Rico, in the office, was very helpful and provided updates on my vehicle’s repair process.
