I am very satisfied with Humes Collision Center’s performance and workmanship. The only problems I encountered were those related to how long it took to get the car repaired and back to me.None of this was Humes’s fault. A couple of my friends ran into the identical problem recently. One lives in Maine, the other in Florida. All of us experienced long delays, due to problems with supply lines the collision center in Maine often had to wait at least a week because the shop in Portland was waiting for the company in Boston to send a part, and Boston was waiting to get the item from their vendor. All in all, seeing that this was not a localized problem but nationwide, only impressed me even more with Humes’

Rear windshield washer tube was not reconnected. When my wife tried to use it, the headliner got soaked with washer fluid. Simple oversight, I get that, I just hope there are no more surprises
