The new bumper (starch white) does not match the hood or fenders (creamy white). And the bumper is not secured so that the seams are flush to fender on the driver's side. It looks like an amateur worked on it. I heard very good things about Mike and his shop. This very disappointing. At my second visit, for the same repair issue, Amanda kept telling me that the repairman told her to tell me that it's an "after market" thing. What kind of thing is that to for a 'professional' repairman to say?
