You guys had my truck for almost a month with no update on my truck at all because nothing was being done to it. I missed out on a bunch of work so we went and took the truck back. Then I took the truck back when it was finally done. I went and picked it up and it does not match the rest of the truck.

I didn’t get updates that’s not true. I did get updates after I dropped the truck off the second time but there’s still a piece missing off of my truck so now it doesn’t match.

The reason I’m unsatisfied is I was quoted 6 days for repairs 44 days later it was finished You knew I was coming at 5pm for pick up, but never washed it, but offered after I arrived. The girl at the front desk was incredible, I appreciated her kindness.
