Brian is so nice and didn’t promise and then not deliver. The progress texts were very appreciated and kept me in the loop without having to bother anyone at the shop. The finished job made my car look brand new. Would always recommend this shop for any repairs.

The only issue I had was when I came in for my estimate. I wasn’t sure if I should be dropping off my car or what the process would be. The person who helped me was definitely rude when I asked about the process. I thought I had to drop it off for an hour or so but he had an air of “no idiot I just need to look for a few minutes and take pictures”. It’s not every day someone gets into an accident. We don’t always know what to expect.
