My car is making a weird sound when I drive, it sounds like something is grinding or rubbing when I drive my car and something happened with my glove box it’s not opening but it was fine before I gave it to the towing person because I locked it with my key before passing him my keys now it’s broken and won’t open at all

My car took a little longer than expected, my car is giving a weird sound after completion and I might need a recheck on what happened while fixing my car also my windshield has a scratch and my glove department is broke not sure what happened while at the shop

They forget to tell my insurance that they were keeping my car for an extra two weeks. Causing me to be inconvenienced multiple times. They tried to make me pay for the extra days on the rental. When I received my car back it was dirty. Beforehand, I paid my deposit and got in my car and seen it was dirty and my check engine light was on. They failed to communicate to me that my engine light was on. They waited for me to pay first. Also, they said the check engine light came out when they first plugged it up to the computer. How? Over a month ago and still not communication and/awareness. I’m suggesting foul play or something with my car. Even, one of the weekends I left early on a Saturday to get my car which is what I was told to you. Nobody was at the shop and it was closed!

Hynes was incredibly helpful from the moment I made my reservation online. Everyone I interacted with was knowledgeable and helpful. They were great about checking in during the repair process and my car was even done ahead of schedule. My car has literally never looked better and I will definitely come back for any future repairs.
