The color is almost perfect, I think it’s just because it’s freshly painted it looks a little different.

They did a great job fixing and painting the trunk, but they took up more time than expected and I had to call a few times. Other than that they were nice and did a pretty good job.

This is the third time I've had my car repaired at Hynes and each time they did a fantastic job. I got a second estimate and it was $400 over what I was quoted by Hynes. They are friendly, efficient, and kept me up-to-date on the progress and when I could expect receive my car; which always comes back cleaned on the inside as well. They even arrange for the rental car, if needed, and the rental agency comes to Hynes to drop off and pick up the car when you are done. No picking up the car at the rental agency and having to drop back to them. That is a huge timesaver. I would recommend Hynes to anybody I know. Thanks, Nancy Scarlata

I appreciate the efforts and work put in, but I am not satisfied. After inspecting my car my car I notice that the inner back Was held together by a black wire, there was deep scratches on the car and rust stains. I’ve taken pictures of my whole car after it was completed and will send it over to whomever I need to to compare the before and after pics, being that my car didn’t have the previous scraps and rust stains alongside wire holding it together.

The repair work is excellent, even fixing shopping cart dent on side (not caused by hail damage) a plus & nice gesture!!! Inside cleaning even under Weather Teck mats incredible- thanks!!!!

The trim clips weren’t installed when I picked up the car, though that was quickly remedied. The remaining issue is that the intermittent metallic rattle from the front right of the engine compartment I reported when dropping off the car is perhaps lessened but still audible.
