I would have liked if someone approached me and gave me a wrap up of exactly what work was done to my car and a final print out from the Hynes. I thought the service was very impersonal and left me in the dark.

I've dealt with Hynes a few times and they've been terrific. Everybody is friendly and helpful, and they make what is usually a frustrating process very easy, including being able to drop off the rental with them, and then Enterprise picks the car up there.
