I appreciated the ease in getting the repairs done and having Hynes work directly with the insurance company paying for the service. I also appreciated the consistent updates on the repairs, friendliness of staff, and the fact that the repairs were done by the projected date. The interior detailing was also unexpected and a nice surprise.

From the drop off to the pick-up, everything was smooth, easy, & thorough. Your text/email updates were simple & SO great. Wow... actually knowing the progress of the job without calling to check in. The repair looks great and they vacuumed up my car which was a nice touch, but someone spilled a cup of coffee all over the floor of the front driver's side, and though someone clearly tried to clean the rug, upon it's return, it's still wet and smells of coffee combined with cleaner. And, no one mentioned this to me when I picked up--it would have been nice to at least have a heads-up.
