Great shop & prompt service. Advised us that Liberty Mutual refused to pay us the $1000 deductible our insurance should have provided. Liberty Mutisl STILL HAS NOT REPLIED TO EMAILS FROM MY HUSBAND, Mark stockman, AND MYSELF ABOUT WHY THE DEDUCTIBLE WAS NOT COVERED IN THIS ACVIDENT IN WHICH MY VEHICLE WAS REAR-ENDED.

Overall satisfied with the service. The only thing I was disappointed about was I thought Liberty Mutual would cover the cost to have my front grill repainted to the color it was at the time (black), despite the original stock part being a Chromr color.

I appreciated when email notifications were sent on the status of my car. Everytime I called to check the status of my car I was rushed off the phone or given little to no information. The work on my car was delayed by one week and I wasn't told the reason why until my car was done.
