The only negative was the length of time it took to get the car back. The finished product looks great - I can't even tell it was damaged

Everything was good except their response when I enquired about the status When I dropped they gave an estimate of one week. After a week I called them 3 or 4 times over the week ( 2nd week after dropping the vehicle) and their answer was “we will call you when ready”, no ETA nor status was given

The repair was completed well and my car was spotless when it was returned to me.

I was told the program covered everything but what it didn't cover was communication with me. I was never told what was wrong with my car. The bumper was replaced with no indication if there was more damage to the car. I was told to leave the rental car and blindly trust that it would be returned and taken off my insurance.
