Male "service" people would benefit from a serious attitude adjustment - grumpy, impatient responses to simple questions really not necessary or appreciated.

the quality of repair I feel it’s attractive to the eye but it feels weird when closing as if it’s resistant to shutting I would like to have that fixed.

Hynes Auto was great to work with. They easily connected me to a rental car agency for the 1 day I needed one. Just back from out of state yesterday and picked up my repaired Subaru Crosstrek XV. It looks brand new! In addition to the great body work, they also washed the car, inside & out, and it is looking fantastic. They were readily available to answer questions and explain procedures. A great experience.

They're nice enough, and the work was good apart from the fact that they couldn't change the rim. That's kind of a big issue though since now I'll have to pay someone else out of pocket to get that done. That and they had my car for a really long time.
