4/5 in regards to actual mechanical work I have no issues I just felt that delays and details were communicated poorly after I returned from my trip and brought the car in for repairs I would often call and get vague comments or people would take messages and never call back

Car was done and clean. But one of the parts taken off for the glass repair was damaged and then damaged the car and created a dangerous scenario getting it back off of the freeway. Thank goodness no one was injured. We hope to have this piece replaced and then our repair will be complete. Learned a lot from this repair about my insurance company. I19 COLLISION did a great job fixing what I asked. We will be back soon. Thanks
