Even though someone backing up into my car was a big inconvenience, , I was so relieved when I-10 made the repair process so easy. Whether it was updating me everyday on the status of the repairs, dealing with Enterprise rental cars, or interacting wirh the insurance company, I-10 made every step easy and less of an inconvenience. Veronica and the two gentlemen (I don’t remember their names) who wrote up the repairs and kept me informed about my car should be congratulated because they know what real customer service is. I would recommend I-10 Collision to anyone who needs a reliable repair specialist.

It’s a great place from body repairs although the price can be a bit expensive. But knowing that you are getting what you are paying for is always a plus.
