I had to go to the shop and have the car video taped so they could order the correct windshield. I thought they would already know that since they have been in business so long. I was told I'd puck up the car the same day as the glass was replaced only to get a call that there was a part they had to order and my car wouldn't be ready until the next morning. I was assured I would have my car in the morning. I called after 11am the next morning and it was not ready and wouldn't be until afternoon. I called after 2pm and it still was not ready, to come at 3pm. I got a text saying it would be ready at 4:30. I went over after 3pm and the car was ready but I did not get a discount in my deductible for my inconvenience which I thought was not an unreasonable request.

Best of the best. 10 stars not 5. Leo took care of me from walking in the door to picking up my car. Told his boss he should get a raise. Dwight aka “Duber” (Dad Uber) drove me home & HE should get a raise. Cows in the bathroom capped it off. EXCEPTIONAL COMPANY. Don’t go anywhere else! (& no, me & relatives do not work for them). I had to bring the car back once to remeasure the windshield. I then brought the car in at 1 PM as scheduled to replace the windshield and was told there wasn’t enough time to complete the job that day. I rescheduled and brought the car back and left it in the morning only to receive a call that they had the wrong windshield. I picked up the car that day and brought it back a week later and the windshield was finally replaced. The end result is satisfactory, but it wasn’t very efficient.
